Ayaskriti is commonly used ayurveda medicine in Kerala for the treatment of urinary disorders, haemorrhoids, leucoderma, skin diseases, and loss of appetite, worm infestation, anaemia, irritable bowel syndrome, malabsorption disorders, and obesity (losing weight). The main action of Ayaskriti appears on the vata dosha and kapha dosha. It reduces accumulation of body fat by inducing fat burning. The most effects are observed on belly fat accumulation. However, its regular use helps to reduce overall body weight with slight variation in results person-to-person.
ASANA (Pterocarpus marsupium)
Asana is extensively used to manage skin problems like inflammation and urinary tract infections due to its antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties. Applying asana also reduces scalp conditions like dandruff and infections.
ARJUNA (Terminalia arjuna)
Arjuna extracts have been widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. The bark of the tree has been used for several centuries for treating cardiovascular ailments. It has a host of other therapeutic benefits including treating asthma, hypertension and kidney stones. Arjuna, a deciduous tree native to India, can grow up to a height of 27 meters. The tree is also found in Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

ATIVISHA(Aconitum heterophyllum)
Atis is effective in maintaining a healthy digestive system due to its carminative property. It is also helpful in diarrhea as it inhibits the growth of pathogenic microorganisms due to its antibacterial activity. Atis might also aid in weight loss as it lowers the levels of triglycerides and increases levels of HDL- cholesterol (“good cholesterol”). As per Ayurveda, it helps manage the symptoms of diabetes due to its Tikta (bitter) and Kapha balancing properties. Atis powder when consumed with honey helps to manage cough and cold due to its Ushna (hot) nature and removes the accumulated mucus.

It is widely used in bone fracture and wound healing. Also used in the treatment of fever and act as a breast milk purifier. Commonly known as Indian moonseed. Enhances immunity and prevents inflammation of the respiratory passages due to its immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties. Used in conditions including infertility, wound, hypertension, and skin diseases.
VACHA (Acorus calamus Linn)
Vachais a traditional Indian medicinal herb, which is practiced to treat a wide range of health ailments, including neurological, gastrointestinal, respiratory, metabolic, kidney, and liver disorders .The root (rhizome) is used to make medicine. Despite safety concerns, calamus is used for gastrointestinal (GI) problems including ulcers, inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), intestinal gas (flatulence), upset stomach and loss of appetite (anorexia The oil is used to treat stomach ailments and mental debility.
