DHENUKSHEERA (Cow’s milk)
Cow’s milk contributes to a balanced diet. It’s packed with important nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D. Milk is an excellent source of protein. Drinking milk and dairy products may prevent osteoporosis (pores in the bone) and bone fractures and even help you maintain a healthy weight. milk as a pre-conditioner to deal with dry and frizzy hair. Apply it to your hair for an hour before you take a head bath. It can soften your hair and reduce frizz. Protein in milk works as a basic building block for hair and skin.
SARKARA (Saccharum officinarum)
Commonly known as the sugarcane. Its roots are used for the therapeutic purposes. Having properties aphrodisiac (arouse sexual desires), laxative, cooling, demulcent, antiseptic, and tonic. Sugarcane juice is very useful in jaundice conditions.
SHATHAVARI (Asparagus recemosa)
Known as the “Queen Of Herbs”, Shatavari has been used for centuries as a hormone balancer and a general tonic to uplift female health and libido. Being a powerful adaptogenic herb, it not only relieves one from physical and emotional stress but also manages diabetes mellitus, prevents high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and helps in the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections, oedema, infertility, depression and cancer.
SHUNTI – (Zingiber officinalae )
Due to its strong flavour, Ginger is an essential ingredient in many Asian cuisines. Its therapeutic benefits have been recorded in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ginger is a potent anti-nauseatic and is beneficial in treating upset stomach. Gingerol and shogaol, active components of Ginger, suppress gastric contractions. Both the fresh and dried rhizomes of Ginger suppress gastric secretion and reduce vomiting. The compounds 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol have a number of pharmacological properties, including antipyretic, analgesic, antitussive and hypotensive properties.
PUNARNAVA ( Boerhaavia diffusa)
Punarnava, a potent ayurvedic has immense health benefits and has been in use since ancient times in treating a host of health anomalies. Commonly known as Hogweed, Sterling, Tarvine in English, Mukarati Kirei in Tamil, Raktakunda, and Shothaghni in Sanskrit, it goes by the botanical name Boerhavia diffusa. Punarnava has powerful analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, which is extremely beneficial in reducing joint and muscle pain, thereby reducing the chances of chronic autoimmune inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
BALA (Sida cordifolia)
The Ayurvedic system of medicine considers Bala or Sida cordifolia as a tonic, astringent, emollient, and aphrodisiac. The drug also forms a chief ingredient of several important formulations and preparations in Ayurveda. Internally, bala is believed to be a very effective nervine tonic and rasayana for all kinds of vata disorders.
KAPIKACHU(Mucuna pruriens)
Kapikachhu helps improve sperm count and its ability to swim (motility). The herb prevents cellular oxidative stress by and improves semen quality, supporting sperm production, and maintains healthy semen balance.
SHATI (Kaempferia Galanga)
Commonly known as kencur or sand ginger,it is traditionally used for healthy skin ,It affords skin lightening benefits as well as protects the skin from damage. It also reduces the appearance of scars and fights against ageing.
BRIHATI (Solanum indicum )
The use of Brihati in this oil helps reduce Vata disorders. It treats different types of skin infection and nourishes and rejuvenates the skin.
GOKSHURA(Tribulus terestris)
Land Caltrops have been used for centuries as a general tonic by the Ancient Greeks. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine to maintain efficient kidney and urinary functions and in reducing renal discomfort. It is effective in treating urinary tract disorders because it promotes the flow of urine and cools and soothes the membranes of the urinary tract. Land Caltrops has also been described as an aphrodisiac in Ayurveda.
MARICHA (Piper nigrum)
Black pepper is native to Western Ghats of India. It is cultivated for its fruit, which is widely used as a spice and in traditional Indian medicine preparation.Black pepper is an appetizer and carminative commonly used in the treatment of digestive system-related complaints like dyspepsia, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, diarrhoea and colic pain. In the respiratory system, it acts like Expectorant used in Cough, cold and chest congestion. Externally used as an analgesic and in Vitiligo, it stimulates the production of pigments.
CHAAGAMAMSA ( Goat’s meat)
Goat’s meat is hailed by Ayurveda for its balya (bulk and strength promoting) and vrushya (aphrodisiac) properties. It has superlative therapeutic efficacy on overcoming emaciation, general debility and chronic fatigue.
Adult: 7-10 ml early in the morning on an empty stomach
Child: 5-7 ml once in the morning on an empty stomach.
